What happens when I place my order?
First we send you an order confirmation email so you can confirm that all your details are correct. As soon as the shoes are dispatched we send a second email with delivery information and tracking number, so you can easily see when they will be delivered.
– 14 days return policy – you have 2 weeks to decide.
– We deliver Monday to Friday, you can expect 1 to 3 working days in the Republic of Ireland, 3 working days on orders going to the UK and 3 to 4 working days to the EU.
What are the delivery costs and details?
We offer FREE DELIVERY on all gift vouchers
We offer FREE DELIVERY on purchases over €50.00 in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland & over €79.00 in the United Kingdom and the EU.
Please note there is a delivery charge on all orders under €50.00 in Ireland & under €79 in the U.K. and the EU.
Delivery cost for orders less than a total value of €50.00 are as follows €5.00 to Ireland, €7.00 to Northern Ireland, €7.90 to the United Kingdom and €8 to the EU.
Can you deliver to a different address than my billing address?
Yes, we absolutely can. Once you’ve filled out your billing address details in the checkout you’ll then be able to add an alternative delivery address. You just have to make sure you do this yourself before submitting your order; we can’t change this information once the processing has begun, unfortunately.
If I receive the wrong item what can I do?
If you’ve received the wrong item, please let us know within 48 hours. You’ll then need to return the wrong item, letting us know if you’d like the correct item sent to you or if you’d like to receive a refund using your returns paperwork. As soon as we receive this we’ll get the correct item sent out or your refund actioned.

14 DAYS RETURNS POLICY
We are happy to offer a refund/exchange on goods purchased online and returned within 14 days of purchase, as per the conditions outlined.

*Goods must be in the original packaging and in resale-able condition

– You can send the item purchased online back to us at 5A Main St, Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford, Y21 Y4A3 through an Post.
(We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit).
Please allow 7- 10 days for your return to be actioned.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged, worn or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights. On receipt of the parcel we will begin to process your returns upon inspection of the items.
Please Note: In the days after a sale e.g. Black Friday, Mid Season sales and seasonal sales we experience a larger than usual number of returns. Please allow 10-14 days for your return to be processed during this time.
